Should I get my big bro a DJ Hero game for Christmas?

He really wants it and I could financially afford it. The problem that I have is that when the Nintendo Wii came out me and my husband went and got it for him bc we knew he would really love it...which he did.Until he fell behind on his bills...again...and pawned it! That really upset me because it was really a slap in the face to me. I mean not because of the price but because we knew he'd enjoy it and instead he just pawned it away. I usnderstand his reasoning behind it but I'd rather him borrow the money and pay me back then to get rid of something we worked so hard to bless him with. I'm predicting the same thing may happen to the DJ Hero game (judging by the way he still has the same job that he did have and is still borrowing money every other month to pay his bills). Me and my husband have even looked at tvs to get him but since they're pawn-able I don't think I'll be doing that. What do you think, should we give him another chance? I've told him my concerns and he swears that he wont...but I'm thinking he'll be singing a different tune when the light bill is due...
ps...he makes regular trips to the pawn shop so no, it wasn't a one time deal...and yes, before anyone goes there, I'm sure he uses the money for bills.
